Rotate a picture

How do I rotate a picture around its center?

I was playing around with it yesterday, and had it working with only a couple of lines.  I closed Visual Studio and didn't save my project (since I was just messing around) figuring I could duplicate the few lines of code when I need it.

So now I am trying to get it to work again and cant.

I have a picture box that I want to draw the image on.  I have a Graphics object and I think I had to do a TranslateTransform and a Rotate prior to calling the DrawImage...but no matter what I do, the image rotates around the top-left corner, or the picture is drawn starting in the center of the picture box.

Any ideas would be great
